Meet the Heart Behind the Blend

I’ve been where you are

I know what it’s like to live on reheated coffee and autopilot—juggling too many mugs, spinning in the swirl, and wondering when you’ll finally get a moment to just breathe.

I’ve walked through brain fog, burnout, and the slow drip of always pouring out without ever pausing to refill. What I learned is this: midlife isn’t a crisis. It’s an invitation.

Now, I help women like you pour out the overwhelm, find rhythms that actually fit, and rediscover the steady, nourishing sip you’ve been craving.

your Rest + Refill Coach

Where the pause becomes power, and the refill becomes renewal.

This is where slowing down becomes strength. Where you learn to listen inward, breathe deeper, and move through midlife with ease and honesty.

What You Can Expect

My experiences
  • Person with curly hair sitting on a ledge on a rooftop with multi-story apartment buildings in the background, bathed in sunlight.

    Education

Trained through Life Breakthrough Academy, where I began my journey as a certified Life Breakthrough Coach five years ago.

  • A woman with dark hair wearing a grey cable-knit sweater and a teddy bear pendant necklace, sitting at a table with a white mug of coffee in front of her, resting her chin on her hand, in a cozy cafe setting.

    Experience

Much of what I bring to this work was learned in the middle of real life — in the quiet moments, the reset seasons, and the lessons that only slowing down can teach.
It’s experience that keeps my coaching grounded in empathy, grace, and practical hope.

  • A woman with blonde hair wearing a beige shirt and glasses on her head sitting and drinking coffee in a cafe.

    Coaching Philosophy

My coaching is equal parts coffee chat and gentle accountability — rooted in compassion, honesty, and real life.
I believe growth doesn’t have to be polished to be powerful. We show up as we are — mugs in hand, a little messy, but ready to begin again.

  • A person with wavy blonde hair sitting at a desk, holding a cup of coffee in their right hand, with a laptop open in front of them and a plate with a muffin on the side.

    Training

I’ve trained in approaches that support both the heart and the mind — including CBT, REBT, trauma-informed care, and mental health awareness.
This mix helps me meet you with empathy and understanding, no matter what you’re carrying into the conversation.

The Rhythm of Our Work Together
  • Your $27 coffee-chat-style session — a relaxed, no-pressure space to talk about where you are and what you’re craving more (or less) of in this season.
We listen, name what’s heavy, and start to see what’s possible.

  • If it feels like a fit, we’ll choose the coaching blend that matches your pace and goals. Whether it’s a single reset session or a longer journey, each blend is designed to feel doable, nourishing, and real.

  • This is where the change unfolds — through gentle shifts, honest reflection, and steady support. Together, we’ll create rhythms that refill instead of drain, helping you feel grounded in both calm and clarity.
